Shipping your Flowers

Shipping Summary

We want the process of you shipping your flowers to be as smooth as possible. Please follow the instructions listed below. If you have any questions or concerns, you may reach us at pouringforkeeps@gmail.com.

Make sure to include your customer information (name, phone number, etc) in the box as outlined in the steps below.

Remember that time is of the essence when it comes to your fresh flowers, so we want to have them in our possession as soon as possible. Previously dried flowers can be shipped with standard shipping.

Fresh Flowers Steps

  1. Obtain box that is slightly larger than your bouquet.

  2. Place some wet paper towels around the bottom of the stems of your flowers.

  3. Wrap your bouquet with paper (do NOT use plastic). Make sure the paper loosely covers the blooms.

  4. Place filler around your bouquet. This can be recycled paper, newspaper, wrapping paper, or packing peanuts. Cover all sides, so the movement of the bouquet is minimum during transit.

  5. Include a paper stating your name (First and Last and include Maiden Name if recently married), address we will ship the flowers to, your phone number, and your email address.

  6. Please use overnight shipping for all fresh flowers. For events on Friday or Saturday, check with your mail carrier for shipping times. It may be best to wait til the following Monday if the flowers will sit in the mail with no progress over the weekend.

Dried Flowers Steps

  1. Obtain box that is slightly larger than your bouquet.

  2. If in silica, please remove from the silica before shipping.

  3. Plastic bins that hold your flowers are the best option.

  4. Place paper filler around your flowers in the bin and the bin itself to reduce movement during shipping.

  5. Include a paper stating your name (First and Last and include Maiden Name if recently married), address we will ship the flowers to once complete, your phone number, and your email address.

  6. Dried flowers can be shipped with standard shipping.
