Terms of service.

Pouring For Keeps is not responsible for any changes that your flowers may go through during our preservation process. These changes include but are not limited to: color changes, pieces of flowers breaking or floating, dust or other debris being present, bruising or transparency of flowers, bruising or transparency of flowers made more apparent by the epoxy resin, or yellowing of the completed product.

Epoxy resin will naturally yellow over a period of time. Pouring For Keeps is not responsible for this color change. Pouring For Keeps takes all precautions to prevent this inevitable color change.

Pouring For Keeps is not responsible for any negative outcomes or changes that may occur while using flowers that were pre-dried before being in the possession of Pouring For Keeps.. These changes could be but are not limited to: foreign objects being present, unsatisfactory condition of flowers, or damages of flowers not foreseen by Pouring For Keeps.

Pouring For Keeps is not responsible for any damages or losses to your flowers or product/products during shipping or while in possession of your flowers or product/products during the occurrence of a natural event or tragedy.

Pouring For Keeps has the right to refuse flowers based on condition of the flowers or reasonable belief that the flowers will not be able to be preserved to a satisfactory level.

Returns
We do not accept returns. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at pouringforkeeps@gmail.com 30 days before your originally selected date.

Cancellations
You may cancel your oder 60 days or more before your expected flower arrival date for a partial refund. We will refund your total except for a $125 cancellation fee.

If your order is cancelled within 60 days of your expected flower arrival date, we will refund 50% of your order total. We work locally with customers in person, and we may turn down orders if we are currently having a high demand.

Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased from Pouring For Keeps are non-refundable.

Our items do not have a warranty.

We are not responsible for lost flowers. With proof of a lost bouquet, we will refund 75% of your order total. We recommend keeping an extra bouquet for wedding preservations or a selection of flowers for other preservations for a back up option.
